Our beautiful 6 berth/ 3 bedroom Platinum Abi Ambleside Mini Lodge with wraparound decking.

Situated in at the top of Maple Park, Devon Cliffs, Exmouth, this luxurious mini lodge is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to get away and explore the South West.

Come rain or shine this holiday park will not disappoint with fantastic indoor and outdoor on site facilities to keep families of all age ranges entertained, day and night, or if you’re feeling a little less adventurous, relax on the decking at the caravan and admire the unobscured, picturesque views across the bay towards Teignmouth and Dawlish.

The caravan itself is gas central heated and can host up to a maximum of 6 guest with a master bedroom with king-sized bed, TV and ensuite toilet and bedrooms two and three with 2 full sized single beds and TVs.

The self-catering kitchen is well equipped for most families needs with gas oven/grill/hobs, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as all the cutlery, crockery and utensils you’d expect from a family owned caravan. In addition to this, we also have a full size dishwasher and washing machine built into the kitchen area to help make your stay more homely.

The spacious lounge is perfect for family nights in with an electric fire for those cooler nights and large TV.
Sea views from our private, gated decking as well as private, off street tarmac parking for one car.

Bedding is not suppled but can be hired directly from ourselves, we do provide a travel cot but we do not provide linen for this
We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities,  you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £150 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, weo do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay, Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6
