We have a top of the range Willerby New Hampshire Lodge, a huge 42ft by 22ft, 3 bed, sleeping 6 in a sought after quiet area of the park, Kestral Way, private parking directly outside the lodge, and on a no through road part of the park, very private

This lodge is truly outstanding, uninterrupted seaviews, where you can see as far as Budleigh Beach, full wraparound decking, private parking and a garden area to the side of the caravan

The open plan living area showcases the New Hampshire perfectly, full length grey and lavender coloured curtains drape well and compliment the dark wood tones of the wall units and the soft furnishings.

With double doors leading to the terrace, and feature windows all round, and a wonderful window seat to admire the outstanding views,  vaulted ceilings and downlighters, there is an air of light and opulence. The dining area has a feature canopy with a pendant light over the table and four chairs stand comfortably, without being cramped,  there is a breakfast bar too.

The kitchen takes up about quarter of the living space but has plenty of wall and base units in an oyster colour with dark wood-look worktops. There are plenty of appliances as standard but also a wealth of optional ones such as a corner carousel unit and pull-out basket storage each side of the oven. There is all the usual appliances, full sized sized dishwasher, washing machine, and an undercounter fridge and 3 drawer freezer, there is also a Tassimo coffee machine, a air fryer and a wine cooling fridge

The lounge area, is spacious with flat screen wall mounted TV, and an stunning modern electric fire, wifi has been provided free of charge, comfortable sofas to sit your party of 6, with an armchair also, and not forgetting the window seat, where you can sit and admire the view in all weathers

A door leads to the hall with the main bedroom straight ahead; this is luxurious room with a 5ft bed topped by a huge padded headboard, capacious storage, and lots of room, also with a shower en-suite.

The second bedroom has twin beds, but pushed together makes a super-king bed, there is a good use of space for wardrobes. Opposite the second bedroom is a bathroom with a bath, with over-bath shower and shower screen and a feature wall.

The 3rd bedroom compromised 2 twin beds, with wardrobe storage, pushed together this will make a standard double bed

Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £200 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

The Lodge is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan, pets are strictly NOT allowed

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)

INSURANCE

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
