Our family favourite Swift Bordeaux available to hire, located on the popular Elms area, we are at the top of Elms, so very close to the complex and a couple of minutes walk to the beach, a very central position, wraparound decking, private parking, we also have a paved patio area with a BBQ (care must be taken when using the BBQ)

LOUNGE: Our holiday home benefits from a comfortable and modern lounge with free standing furniture and sea views, flat screen TV/DVD combo, fixed units and a Gas fire. The caravan has central heating and is fully double glazed, we also offer free Wifi

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Our holiday home has been fitted with an modern kitchen which includes built in fridge / freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, coffee machine and all crockery and utensils. The dining area has free standing table and chairs.

BEDROOMS: Our holiday home has three bedrooms:
A master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes with Tv
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe, with TV
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage lockers, with TV. The twin beds can be pushed together to form a second double bed if required.

BATHROOM & TOILET: Luxury double shower fitted with glass door, toilet and sink.
MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE: This holiday home has the luxury of an addition toilet with basin, ideal for larger families.
HEATING: Our holiday home is double-glazed and has full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday in any season in comfort.

Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and sadly due to allergies we cannot accept pets

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)

INSURANCE

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
