After booking your break with Devon Getaways, if you wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities including the swimming pools, activities and entertainment complex you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
You can buy individual passes or a capped price per van should you have a larger party (normally up to 8 guests which will save you some £) each guest will receive a play pass,
Pass Breaks are charged as per your break, Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. If you only wish to have a pass for a couple of days in between these arrival and departure days, you will not be able to purchase these online and must attend Haven reception on the day of your arrival
Children under 4 years old do not need a pass, Child pass ages are 4-16 years
Play Passes can be purchased online 12/13 weeks before your arrival through a link sent to you by Haven Owners Services, Devon Getaways will register you and you will receive an email from Haven with your unique link to purchase these
Alternatively you can purchase them from Devon Cliffs reception once you have arrived
Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven.com/experience. All information on dates for bookable activities and swimming (swimming can only be booked 4 weeks prior to your arrival) will be on display when you log into your Haven Experience, we recommend you making a note of when your swimming slots can be booked, you are only able to book 10 slots for swimming online, we recommend you heading to the swimming reception on the day of your arrival to book the remaining slots for your stay
You do not need a play pass to use the arcades, restaurants or the Sports Bar/Takeaway seating area
Play passes are for evening entertainment, swimming and activities, activities are an additional cost on top of your play pass
Devon Getaways will register you 13 weeks before your arrival, please note, this does not guarantee your holiday until full payment has been made for your holiday, play passes are also non-refundable once purchased
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. Entertainment is on a first come first serve basis, in both venues

Haven Pass Terms and Conditions:
Play Passes give private letting guests access to swimming pools, activities and most other leisure and entertainment facilities at the park during your stay, some facilities/activities/venues need to be pre-booked.
If guests do not have a pass with them, they will not be allowed access. Without a Play Pass they will only be able to gain access to arcades, restaurants, takeaway food outlets, supermarkets, launderettes and play areas. Play Passes do not give access to owners-only facilities.
Some facilities and activities on park do carry an additional charge which is not included in the purchase of your Play Passes.
Play Passes are only valid for the duration purchased.
Play Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
If the Play Pass is lost the holder will be liable for a full cost replacement.
