Elms – Devon Cliffs
Our Brand new 2019 Platinum level caravan is available to rent on Devon Cliffs Holiday park, situated in a desirable close location to all of the parks facilities, approx 3 min walk to the main complex and a 3 min walk to the beach, Elms Area of the park, our caravan comes complete with patio doors onto an 8ft decking patio, with sea views. Private parking space directly next to the van, and several designated parking bays opposite, FREE wifi is provided in the caravan
Our ABI St David Platinum has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms with a main bathroom
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets
We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player, and a TV in the main bedroom and in both of the twin rooms, all with built in DVD players, so each guest can watch their own tv in their own space
Our caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated, and also benefits from a gas fire in the lounge
There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom – perfect for the larger families
All priced include bed linen and a set of towels for each guest so no need to bring extra items and take up that all important suitcase space 😉 We provide a travel cot but we do not provide linen for this
We also provide tea towels and cloths and washing up liquid, and complimentary dishwasher tablets

Cherry Park – Devon Cliffs
A spacious 3 bedroom 6 berth Pemberton Knightsbridge 42′ x 14′ caravan in a cul-de-sac on a quiet part of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Superb panoramic sea views, veranda, spacious lounge, well designed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, full en-suite shower room to master bedroom with a separate family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, two further twin bedrooms, double glazing and piped gas central heating throughout.
Modern restful colour scheme of mink and chartreuse with oak effect furniture to all rooms help make our holiday home a tranquil place in a lively and fun holiday park. Our lodge has a sleeping capacity of no more than 6 people including children.Situated on an elevated position towards the end of a cul de sac. Our static caravan is sited on the quiet Cherry Park area of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park on a no- through road and ‘end of row’ with only rabbits resident on the west side. It is approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the main entertainment complex and 5 minutes to the clifftop coastal path. There is an allocated parking space with 8+4 steps up to the caravan.
Lounge
Freestanding sofa and chairs, coffee table and small desk. Wall mounted TV, a DVD player and DAB radio. A flame effect electric fire for added cosiness. Open shelf displays with cupboards where you’ll find books and board games.
Sliding doors separate the lounge from the kitchen and dining area offering the choice of an open- plan feel or a cosy feel.
Kitchen / Diner
A high specification kitchen area with an island unit, an oven with separate grill, a microwave, an externally vented cooker extractor hood over a 5-burner gas hob with electric ignition, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer. A skylight and dorma window brings a bright feeling into the kitchen. The view from the kitchen window is over the ‘wild’ area where you’ll be entertained by rabbits. The dining area has a freestanding dining table with a pendant light over and upholstered chairs. A door separates the living areas from the kitchen and dining areas.
Bathroom
A main bathroom with bath and overhead shower with aquaboarded walls around the bath, a basin and toilet. Plenty of vanity space.
Master suite
Double bed, wardrobes with hangers and drawers, TV, en-suite shower room with double size shower, basin and toilet.
Twin bedrooms
Two twin bedrooms with wardrobes, cupboards and TVs. The twin beds are suitable for children or small adults. They measure 68″ (5’6″) x 26″ (2’17”).
Veranda
Large south-east facing gated veranda to the front and side with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sea views and exterior lights for evening. Access to the caravan is via the kitchen door (where you’ll find the exterior light switch) or the sliding patio doors from the lounge.
Parking
There is a dedicated parking space in front of the caravan.
Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels.

Cedars – Devon Cliffs
Willerby Vogue Lodge available to hire in the desirable area of Cedars, this lodge benefits from uninterrupted panoramic sea views, private parking for 2 cars and a side private garden, there is a washing machine in the lodge, full central heating, double glazing and much more.
French open doors open onto a veranda from the living room giving guests stunning sea views, with a free standing 3 piece leather sofa, TV with DVD & CD player piped to all rooms, flame effect fire with stone surround and a ceiling fan/light.
The lounge has an occasional pull out sofa to accommodate a max of 6 guests but this lodge is more suitable for 4, if you wish to hire for 6 please do contact us beforehand.

An Abi Westwood Mini Lodge located in Rowan Meadow, 40ftx13ft with full wraparound decking and fantastic sea views, private parking space directly outside the van, and a small patio area to the side of the van with a fully useable BBQ* please refer to our T&Cs with the BBQ.
Open plan lounge with fixed seating, French doors, sea views and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, a fridge and a separate 4 tray fridge freezer, gas hob and grill and oven, there is also a washing machine in the lodge, and a freestanding table and 4 chairs.
