A brand new 2022 sited March 2023, Diamond Grade Lakewood Lodge, we are also Pet Friendly

This lodge is located in the very desirable area of Willows, with uninterrupted seaview, full wraparound decking BOTH sides of the lodge itself and a private parking space

The lodge itself is a 2 bedroom, with a kingsize in the main bedroom, with a full shower ensuite, WC and basin, a small walk in wardrobe area and a vanity table, chair and mirror

The twin full sized singles with 2 wall hung wardrobes either side

Main bathroom in a very spacious hallway with large shower and WC and basin vanity unit

The kitchen area, is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, full sized fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

We have a seating table area just off the living room

The lounge has 2 x 3 seater sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and will need to be used for 5 or more guests

Patio doors onto the stunning decking area, which is both sides allowing you to fully appreciate the amazing seaview in front of you
The maximum occupancy of this lodge is 6

Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £150 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

The Lodge is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)

INSURANCE

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
