Offering a premium luxury and comfort 3 bedroom 6 berth 20 x 40ft Pinehurst Lodge with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views over the bay as it is situated on the front line of the much sought after Willows area, with patio doors leading to a large decked veranda that offers access for wheelchairs, we are Saturday to Saturday bookings only

It is in a prime position on Devon Cliffs boasting magnificent views and has access to a private beach and bar/restaurant.

It is also on the end plot of a quiet cul-de-sac, which provides plenty of outside space all around the Lodge.

It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms. It comprises:-

Lounge – Modern style with contemporary colours includes three piece suite with a love seat, scatter cushions and footstool, flat screen TV/DVD, coffee table, electric log burner effect fire with feature fire surround, low level TV/storage unit, single sliding patio door and a bay window looking out to the sea.

Kitchen/Dining area – Designed to a high standard with modern appliances including gas cooker, separate 4 burner hob with extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, larder cupboard, plenty of worktop and cupboard space with a fantastic modern island in the centre with storage and bar stools, separate dining table with chairs and welsh dresser.

Bedrooms – The accommodation has 3 bedrooms – The main bedroom which is very spacious has a king size bed with lift up storage system, upholstered headboard, bedside cabinets, power sockets with USB, walk-in wardrobe, TV/DVD, mirrored dressing table with stool and en-suite with a quad shower enclosure and thermostatic shower, vanity unit with basin and toilet. There are a further 2 bedrooms which have twin beds, these are full size 3ft singles, TV/DVD, power sockets with USB, fitted wardrobes and cupboards all designed to the highest specification. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets, pillows and bed linen.

Bathroom – Luxury bathroom has a fully fitted bath with overhead shower, toilet and modern sink mounted on a vanity unit with plenty of cupboard space for towels and toiletries.

Utility Room – Entrance door to the lodge with storage cupboards, stainless steel sink, washing machine/dryer, coat hooks and bench seating.

Sun Veranda – Large south facing wrap around decking area all with fitted clear view panels giving spectacular views over the bay and coast line. There is also access for wheelchairs.

Parking – There is ample parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.

Please note that there is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.

Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £200 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

The Lodge is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan, pets are strictly NOT allowed

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
