Our lovely Abi Sunningdale 3 bed caravan situated in the popular Apple Grove area, with a designated parking space, full GCH and DG and a gas fire in the lounge area, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi but we cannot be held liable if the service is poor during your stay
The ABI Sunningdale is the perfect contemporary living space, giving you plenty of comfy seating in the lounge, complete with a freestanding dining table and 4 chairs. The cleverly designed split-level kitchen creates a real focal point – innovatively separating the cooking and washing areas.
You’ll find a generous master bedroom with designer headboard, cube stools and a separate dressing area.
2 Twin Rooms with an innovative L shaped twin bunk-room layout that maximises the space with the beds positioned at a 90° angle. Please see pictures attached
A family shower room, with toilet and sink, and an ensuite toilet and sink
Sorry but strictly no pets or smokers & BBQ’s are not permitted on the plastic decking
Maximum occupancy is 8, any guests over 6 and the sofa bed will need to be used in the lounge area
Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival
We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday
Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

PASS PRICING INFORMATION
BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded
On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days
By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests
3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help
Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and sadly due to allergies we cannot accept pets
In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)
INSURANCE
We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
