Standard grade, 3 bed sleep 8 Caravan on Elms Area, this is very close to the complex, parking just behind the caravan, amazing views from the front room window, a patio area outside of the decking with table and chairs

Fully equipped kitchen, oven and under counter fridge with small freezer compartment

Main bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, there is also a separate toilet and sink room also

Main bedroom with double bed, and 2 twin bedrooms, these can be pushed together to make a small double if needed, to sleep more than 6 the sofa bed will need to be used in the lounge

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests if you wish to go swimming, and attend the evening entertainment, you DO NOT need passes to enter the arcades or dine in the on site restaurants

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests
