Our beautiful 6 berth/ 3 bedroom Platinum Abi Ambleside Mini Lodge with wraparound decking.

Situated in Lyme View, with amazing seaviews, Devon Cliffs, Exmouth, this luxurious mini lodge is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to get away and explore the South West.

The caravan benefits from having double glazing, central heating, washing machine and dishwasher. ramped decking with an 8ft x 14ft front deck with stunning Panoramic sea views, we also provide free Wifi

Our lodge style holiday home offers all the home comforts and comes complete with a travel cot, high chair, bed guard.
no linen included for the travel cot.

There is a spacious shower/toilet room, plus an en-suite toilet to the double bedroom.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a fully integrated oven with separate integrated Grill and Microwave Five burner hob with touch control built-in cooker hood, a full sized fridge freezer. Also included is an integrated washing machine and dishwasher. In the Lounge is Free standing furniture 50 inch TV – in fact, our holiday home has everything you would need for a home from home holiday.

Outside we have extensive decking with sea views and there is allocated parking for 1 car although there is ample parking for extra cars nearby. We DO NOT ALLOW BBQs on the decking

Bedding is not suppled but can be hired directly from ourselves, we do provide a travel cot but we do not provide linen for this
We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

The maximum occupancy for this lodge is 8, the sofa bed in the lounge will need to be used for occupancy over 6

BOOKING TERMS:
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded.

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £150 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days.

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, we do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping.

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay, Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday. Monday to Monday
