Welcome to a top of the range Pathfinder Keepers Lodge, 45ft by 22ft, situated in the desirable Ocean heights, with private parking, full wraparound glass decking, free Wifi and much more, we are situated on a no through road, so it is completely private and very peaceful

The open plan living area, much like the rest of the home, features wooden accents, from the timber clad feature wall to the beautiful dining table and chairs. Star of the living room though, is the Optimist, smoke effect, log stove, which sits in a huge fireplace accentuated by a real flagstone hearth.

This living space is perfect for cosy nights in front of the fire, but because the entire front of the home is glazed, on crisp clear mornings you can sit with a steaming mug of coffee and the morning papers and really let the outside in, with uninterrupted views over the Estuary looking over to Budleigh and beyond

Kitchen

Muted shades are continued throughout the home’s country kitchen. The combination of cream kitchen units with oak knobs and an oak block work-top really bring the kitchen to life. And with an integrated, fridge-freezer and dishwasher the kitchen is neat and streamlined.  There’s even an integrated wine cooler with glass frontage – to keep that perfect bottle of white nice and chilled?

Not only does the impressive entrance hall make a statement when entering the home, it’s also secretly practical. It’s fitted with two, large, floor-to-ceiling cupboards, one, to keep coats, shoes and everyday bits and pieces tidy and one, to hide away the washer/dryer. There’s even room for an oak desk area

Bedrooms

The large master bedroom has everything you would expect, including a beautiful Victorian-style bed with brass embellishments, oak bedside cabinets and an oak dressing table and stool. But what you might not expect is a walk-through wardrobe with built-in, floor-to-ceiling, shelving space, and a large chest of drawers – which all leads onto the immaculate en-suite shower room.

Bedroom two makes the most out of every inch with two beautiful oak bunk beds and two built in wardrobes, so guests can be welcomed – and with a home like this to visit, you may not want to leave!

The main bathroom has a second shower and a free standing, roll top bath with chrome feet – just perfect for a long hot soak after a day spent in the country, or even just a day spent walking along the on site beach! This stunning lodge is aptly named as once you’ve seen it for yourself it will most certainly be finders keepers!

Extras
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bed linen; sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers as well as bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Linen can be hired directly from ourselves for a small charge and beds will be made up for your arrival

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £200 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

The Lodge is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan, pets are strictly NOT allowed

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings (stag & hen parties)

INSURANCE

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for injury/cancellation purposes
